Terms and Conditions
These terms form the agreement between you and PlayInMatch ID. They set out the rules for holding an account, how deposits, bets and withdrawals are handled, what we are each responsible for, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Please read this before requesting an account. By asking us for an ID, using an account we have issued, or continuing to use this website, you accept these terms in full. If any part of them is not acceptable to you, do not request an account.
These terms are for adults aged 18 or over. Laws covering online betting and gaming in India are set by central and state governments, have changed in recent years, and differ between states. Confirming that you may lawfully hold such an account where you live is your responsibility, not ours.

1. About These Terms
These terms are a binding agreement between you and [YOUR REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME], trading as PlayInMatch ID, whose registered address is [YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us", "our").
They apply whenever you use this website, request an account from us, or use an account we have issued. Our privacy notice forms part of this agreement and explains how we handle your information.
If you do not accept these terms, you should not request an account or continue to use this website.

3. Eligibility
To hold an account you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Be acting on your own behalf and not for or at the direction of any other person.
- Be satisfied that holding such an account is lawful where you are located.
We may refuse a request for an account, and we may close an existing account, where we reasonably believe any of these conditions is not met.
Accounts found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed. Any bets placed on such an account are void and stakes will be returned, but winnings will not be paid.
4. Your Account
4.1 One account per person
You may hold one account only, registered in your own name. Where we identify duplicate accounts held by the same person, we may close the duplicates and may void bets placed on them.
4.2 Your credentials
We issue a username and a temporary password. You must change the temporary password when you first sign in. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
We will never ask you for your password, a one-time password, a banking PIN or a card security code. You must not disclose these to anyone, including anyone claiming to represent us.
4.3 Accuracy of your details
You must give us accurate registration details and tell us promptly if they change. Where your registered name does not match the account you ask to be paid to, your withdrawal may be delayed or refused.
4.4 Account sharing
Your account is personal to you. You must not allow anybody else to use it, and you must not use an account registered to another person.
5. Verification
We may ask you to confirm your identity, your age, your registered mobile number, or that a payment account belongs to you. We may do this at any time, and we commonly do so before a larger withdrawal.
Where a verification request is not met within a reasonable period, we may suspend the account until it is. Where information provided is found to be false, we may close the account and void bets placed on it.
6. Deposits
Deposits may be made using the methods we make available from time to time. Current methods, and any minimum amounts, are confirmed by our support team and set out in our payments guide.
- You must use only the payment details issued to you by us for that transaction.
- Funds must come from an account held in your own name.
- You should retain the transaction reference until the deposit appears in your wallet.
- Where a deposit does not appear, you should contact us with the reference rather than repeating the payment.
We are not responsible for funds sent to payment details that were not issued by us, or for payments made to any third party claiming to act on our behalf.
7. Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to this section.
- Withdrawals are paid only to a bank account or UPI identifier held in the name registered to your account. We do not make payments to third parties under any circumstances.
- Funds held as exposure on unsettled bets are not available for withdrawal until those bets settle.
- Where you have accepted a promotion, any applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied before the related funds may be withdrawn.
- Outstanding verification requests must be completed before a withdrawal is released.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply and are confirmed by our support team.
We will process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period. Once a payment has been released, the time taken for it to reach your account is determined by the banking system and is outside our control.
8. Bets and Settlement
A bet is placed when it is accepted and matched on the platform. Once matched, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by you, although you may be able to trade out of a position where the market allows it.
It is your responsibility to check the market, the selection, the odds and the stake before confirming a bet. We cannot reverse a bet because you selected the wrong market or because the result went against you.
Bets are settled according to the rules of the market concerned and the official result of the event. Where an official result is later amended by the governing body, settlement may be adjusted accordingly.
Exchange odds reflect what other users are willing to back and lay. They are not set by us, and we give no view, prediction or assurance about the outcome of any event.
9. Errors and Void Bets
A bet may be made void, and stakes returned, in circumstances including:
- The event is abandoned, postponed beyond the period specified in the market rules, or does not take place.
- The market was offered in error, or the odds displayed were obviously incorrect at the time the bet was matched.
- A technical fault affected the market, the odds or the settlement.
- The bet breached these terms, for example a bet placed on a duplicate account.
- There is reasonable evidence that the integrity of the event was compromised.
Where a bet is void, stakes are returned to your wallet. Where an error has resulted in a settlement that was too high or too low, the settlement may be corrected and your balance adjusted accordingly.
We will tell you when a bet has been voided or a settlement corrected, and why. If you believe a decision is wrong, section 18 explains how to raise it.
10. Bonuses and Promotions
We may offer promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own terms, which are made available before you accept it and which form part of this agreement for as long as the promotion applies to your account.
Promotional terms may include a minimum deposit, a wagering requirement, eligible markets or games, a maximum withdrawable amount, and an expiry date. You are not obliged to accept any promotion, and you may ask to bet with your own balance only.
Where we reasonably believe a promotion has been abused, including through duplicate accounts, coordinated betting between users, or betting patterns designed solely to satisfy a wagering requirement without genuine risk, we may withdraw the promotion, void associated bets and recover any related amounts.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Open or operate more than one account, or operate an account on behalf of another person.
- Provide false information to us, or use payment details that are not yours.
- Act together with other users to gain an unfair advantage, or to manipulate a market.
- Use automated software, bots, or any system designed to exploit a fault in the platform.
- Place bets where you hold inside information about the event, or where you are prohibited from betting on it by a sporting body or by your role in the sport.
- Use your account for any unlawful purpose, including the movement of funds from unlawful sources.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or to another user's account.
- Impersonate us, or represent yourself as acting on our behalf.
Where we reasonably believe prohibited conduct has occurred, we may suspend or close the account, void affected bets, withhold related winnings and report the matter to the relevant authority.
12. Suspension and Closure
12.1 Closure by you
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We will return any available balance to an account in your own name, subject to any outstanding verification and to unsettled bets being concluded.
12.2 Suspension or closure by us
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe that these terms have been breached, where verification has not been completed, where required by law, or where it is necessary to protect you, other users or our service.
Where we close an account other than for a breach of these terms, we will return the available balance to you.
12.3 Dormant accounts
Where an account shows no activity for [PERIOD], we may treat it as dormant and contact you using your registered details. [SET OUT WHAT HAPPENS TO A DORMANT BALANCE - SEE NOTES]
13. Responsible Play
Betting carries a risk of financial loss. You should bet only with money you can afford to lose, and you should not treat betting as a source of income.
At your request we will apply deposit limits to your account, pause it for a period, or apply a self-exclusion. Where you ask for a self-exclusion, we will not reopen the account before the end of the period you chose, and we will not send you promotional material during it.
Further detail is set out in our responsible play information. If betting is causing you difficulty, we encourage you to use these tools and to seek support from a qualified professional.
14. Our Role and Its Limits
We provide account issuance and support services. We are not the operator of the betting exchange, we do not set odds, and we do not determine the result of any event.
We do not provide betting tips, predictions or advice, and nothing on this website should be read as a recommendation to place any particular bet. We also do not provide legal, financial or tax advice; where a matter requires professional advice, you should obtain it.
Information published on this website, including guides and troubleshooting material, is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate and review it periodically, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current at every moment.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for:
- Losses arising from bets you have placed, including losses resulting from your own selections.
- Interruptions, delays or faults in the platform, in the banking system, or in any telecommunications or internet service.
- Losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential, or from your disclosure of them to a third party.
- Funds sent to payment details not issued by us, including to any person impersonating us.
- Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
[A CAP ON TOTAL LIABILITY IS USUALLY SET HERE - SEE NOTES]
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service.
16. Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including its text, guides, layout, graphics and branding, belongs to us or is used by us under licence. You may read and print it for your own personal use.
You may not copy, republish or redistribute it for commercial purposes, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these terms, for example to reflect changes in our service, in payment methods, or in the law. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated.
Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to notify you using your registered details before it takes effect. Continuing to use your account after a change takes effect means you accept the amended terms. If you do not accept them, you may close your account under section 12.1.
18. Complaints and Disputes
If you are unhappy with a decision or with the service you have received, contact us with the details and we will investigate. Please include your username, what happened, when, and any relevant reference numbers.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within [NUMBER] days and to resolve them within [NUMBER] days. Where a complaint relates to the settlement of a bet, our records of the market and the settlement will be the primary evidence considered.
If you remain dissatisfied after we have given our final response, you may pursue the matter through the channels available to you under the governing law set out in section 19.
19. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [YOUR CITY] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where applicable law gives you a right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
Laws relating to online betting and gaming in India are set by both central and state governments and differ between states. Nothing in these terms is an assurance that holding or using an account is lawful in your state, and establishing that remains your responsibility.
20. General
20.1 Entire agreement
These terms, together with our privacy notice and any promotional terms you have accepted, form the entire agreement between us in relation to your account.
20.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
20.3 No waiver
If we do not enforce a right under these terms on a particular occasion, that does not prevent us from enforcing it later.
20.4 Assignment
You may not transfer your account or your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer our rights and obligations where your rights under these terms are not adversely affected.
20.5 Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS], or through the channels listed on our contact page. You can also read more about how we operate.

If any part of this agreement is unclear, ask us before you open an account rather than after. We would rather explain a clause now than argue about it later.
