- Address: [YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS]

If you have any question about this policy or about how your information is handled, contact us using the details in section 15.
2. Information We Collect
We keep collection deliberately narrow. The table below sets out every category of information we collect and what it is used for.
| Category | What this includes |
|---|---|
| Identity information | The name you give us when requesting an account |
| Contact information | Your mobile number, and your email address if you contact us by email |
| Account information | Your username, and records of support requests relating to your account |
| Transaction references | UTR or reference numbers, amounts and timestamps you send us so a payment can be traced |
| Correspondence | Messages you send us through WhatsApp, live chat or email, and our replies |
| Technical information | IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected through this website [IF YOU RUN ANALYTICS - SEE NOTES] |
What we never collect or ask for. We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your account password, a one-time password (OTP), a banking PIN, a card CVV, net banking credentials, or full card numbers. Our team has no use for any of these. If a message claiming to be from us requests them, it is not from us.
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as health data, biometric data, or information about religious or political beliefs, and we ask that you do not send any of it to us.
3. How We Collect It
Information reaches us in three ways:
Information you give us directly
When you message us to request an account, ask for help, trace a payment, make a complaint, or ask for a deposit limit or self-exclusion. This is the great majority of what we hold.
Information generated through using our service
Records of support conversations, and references to transactions you have asked us to check.
Information collected automatically by this website
Standard technical information such as IP address and browser type, collected when you visit this website. See section 8 for cookies and analytics.
4. Why We Use It
We use your information only for the purposes listed here:
- To set up and issue your account, and to send your credentials to you.
- To verify who you are when you ask for a password reset or report a problem.
- To answer your questions and resolve problems you report to us.
- To trace deposits and withdrawals when you ask us to.
- To apply deposit limits, account pauses or self-exclusion when you request them.
- To keep records of our dealings with you, including complaints and how they were resolved.
- To meet legal or regulatory obligations that apply to us.
- To protect our users and our service from fraud and impersonation.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not add you to marketing lists on the basis of having contacted support.
5. Your Consent
By sending us your details to request an account or support, you consent to us using that information for the purposes set out in section 4.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Where you withdraw consent, we will stop using your information for those purposes, though we may need to retain certain records to meet legal obligations or to resolve an outstanding dispute. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide you with an account or support it.
6. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.
We share information only in these circumstances:
- With the platform operator, to the extent needed to create, maintain or support your account.
- With service providers who help us run this website or our support channels, such as hosting and messaging providers, and only to the extent they need it to provide that service. [LIST YOUR PROVIDERS - SEE NOTES]
- Where the law requires it, such as a valid request from a court, a regulator or a law enforcement agency.
- To protect our service or our users, for example where we need to investigate fraud or impersonation.
We require anyone we share information with to use it only for the purpose we share it for.
7. Payment Information
We do not process card payments on this website, and we do not store card numbers, CVV codes, net banking credentials or UPI PINs.
When you make a payment, it goes through your own bank or UPI application. What we receive and keep is the information you send us so a payment can be identified: the amount, the date and time, the method used, and the UTR or transaction reference number.
For payouts, we hold the bank account or UPI details you provide for the account in your own name, so that a withdrawal can be sent to you. More on how payouts work is set out in our wallet and payments guide.
8. Cookies and Analytics
This website uses cookies, which are small files stored by your browser.
Essential cookies
These are needed for the website to work properly, for example to remember your preferences within a session. The site cannot function correctly without them.
Analytics cookies
[IF YOU USE GOOGLE ANALYTICS OR SIMILAR, DESCRIBE IT HERE - SEE NOTES] We use analytics to understand which pages are read and where visitors have difficulty, so that we can improve the guides on this site. This information is used in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of this website working as intended.
9. How Long We Keep It
We keep information only for as long as there is a reason to keep it.
| Type of information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Account and identity details | For as long as your account is active, and afterwards for [PERIOD] to meet legal and record-keeping requirements |
| Support correspondence | [PERIOD], so that we can refer back to previous queries |
| Transaction references | [PERIOD], for dispute resolution and record-keeping |
| Self-exclusion requests | Retained for the duration of the exclusion and afterwards, so that the request is not accidentally overridden |
| Website technical data | [PERIOD] |
When a retention period ends, we delete the information or remove the details that identify you.
10. How We Protect It
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting who on our team can access it and keeping our systems up to date.
We should also be honest about the limits. No method of transmitting information over the internet or storing it electronically is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. What we can tell you is what we do not do: we do not ask for your password, we issue credentials only to the number that requested them, and we pay withdrawals only to an account in the registered player's own name.
Your part matters too. Choose a password you do not use anywhere else, change the temporary password we issue as soon as you sign in, never share your credentials with anyone, and treat any message asking for an OTP or PIN as fraudulent.
11. Your Rights
In relation to the information we hold about you, you may:
- Ask what we hold. Request a summary of the personal information we have about you and what we have used it for.
- Ask us to correct it. If something we hold is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
- Ask us to delete it. Request erasure of your personal information, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
- Withdraw your consent. As described in section 5.
- Nominate someone. Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
- Complain. Raise a grievance with us using the details in section 15, and escalate to the relevant data protection authority if you are not satisfied with our response.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in section 15. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, which protects you from somebody else making a request in your name. We aim to respond to requests within [NUMBER] days.
12. Age Restriction
This website and our services are intended only for adults aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If we become aware that we hold information belonging to a person under 18, we will delete it and close any associated account. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us immediately using the details in section 15.
13. Third-Party Links
This website may link to websites and applications operated by others, including the betting platform your account is held on and messaging services such as WhatsApp.
This policy does not cover those services. When you leave this website or communicate through a third-party messaging service, that provider's own privacy policy applies to the information you share there. We suggest reading the policy of any service you use.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if our practices change or if the law requires it. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
Where a change materially affects how we use information about you, we will take reasonable steps to tell you about it. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
